The high court is being asked to intervene in the drawn out and bitter preselection battle in the NSW liberal party, something which could leave the Prime Minister vulnerable in key seats across the state when the election is called. Scott Morrison has faced questions every day this week about when he'll set the date for the national poll but he's remaining tight lipped.
