Falling Rupee: What's hurting the Rupee?

The rupee today breached the 65 mark against the dollar. This even as the Reserve Bank of India has eased liquidity in a desperate attempt to save the economy. But there is still a lot of unmet dollar demand.

Continued outflow and weakening rupee have dampened the sentiments of the market too. Sensex continues to be in the red with no hope of looking upward. Further, market analysts fear that the Indian currency may touch 70 against the dollar in days to come.
