Wreathe: D.I.Y project about $5
Leaf Garlands: Dollar store $3
Pumpkin/Scarecrow figurines: Dollar store $2
Leaf candle holders: Dollar store: $2
Pot Holders/Towels: Dollar store $4

Burlap Table Runners:Already had on had and look great for fall time
Laugh Sign: Amish Country, already had, to make it fall inspired intertwine fall garland w/ it
Candle holder/Candle and loose leafs:Dollar store, already had on hand
