Faith Riggs - Total Darkness

I've tried to go on
Yet I'm stuck in this place.
It's nothing more
Than one dark mess.
Every light I've tried to find
Always goes out just before I'm found.
some have tried to find me
But in the darkness I'm at home.
I've been that way for a long, long time.
with every passing year
I die a little inside.
I just wish someone up there would find me
Before I'm lost to the darkness forever.
Yet I know it'll never happen
Because My love for people,
IS ALREADY DEAD!
