Fair Work Employment and Workplace Relations

The Fair Work Commission has applied to the federal court to appoint an administrator for the CFMEU's construction division. The proposed administration scheme covers Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, the Northern Territory and South Australia branches. The application recommended to remove approximately 270 people from office and end the branches' control over finances and assets.
