Face without a name - I 'm a Mystery

I'm a mystery
because you don't know a thing about me
I'm a phantom of wonders
an exotic bird
you only know what i look like
you don't know my desires, hopes nor dreams.

yet i know you like i know my hand
your so easy to read, like a book
yet i am like a delicate piece of poetry
with meanings unread.

You don't know me so stop pretending
don't say 'You look annoyed.' when you haven't seen me so
you can't judge my moods and thoughts
because you don't know them.

I'm a mystery, hadn't you known?
I'm a mystery, with secrets untold.
