External Hard Drive Rant: NaVloPoMo Day 4

So, I'm a Mom. I have very limited time to do much online. I require things to go smoothly and efficiently as I don't have time for poopy things that come up...which is why I'm on a Mac. Today, I got exacerbated UGH Lost time, nothing solved, blame lies on hardware, software AND of course the User (yours truly) equally. Blah. ****UPDATE**** The issue was absolutely all about the seagate external hard drive, nothing to do with the software. All solved now, though, nice and backed up!
