Explosive Device At Parkade
Description
Police are searching for the person who planted an explosive device at Government Campus Plaza causing the evacuation of buildings in the city and hundreds of workers having to spend the greater part of Monday on Independence Square. Meanwhile Deputy Police Commissioner Mc Donald Jacob says the city is safe and the explosive appears to be an act of mischief.
