http://www.nma.tv/ Air force private Chiang Kuo-ching was executed in 1997 for the rape and murder of a 5-year-old girl 15 years ago. His family has been protesting his innocence ever since. Yesterday a military court delivered a final verdict ruling Chiang innocent, saying he was tortured into confession. His family will receive up to US$3.2 million in compensation.
