Ex-CID chief ordered to enter defence
Description
Former Kuala Lumpur CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah has been ordered to enter his defence over a charge of failing to declare his sources of income. The order was made after the prosecution succeeded in proving a prima facie case against Ku.
