Eva McLelland - Humble Wordage

Lay not aside my humble wordage,
Lest lost be knowledge of my bondage.
Wake me not, that dreams I've lost--
Oh, them, preserve, at any cost! Buried are thoughts from eons ago,
Resurrected as ages flow,
Origins of which are yet unknown--
Besot misnomers standing so prone. Being able to recall those precious ages,
With quotes of ancient, venerable sages,
Leaves me in a dreamworld, alone,
Albeit with memories, all my own.
