EU diplomats meet on Libya

When pro-democracy fighters swept into Tripoli's Green Square on Sunday night, it appeared the battle was won.

Now, with bitter skirmishes still raging on the ground and NATO airstrikes continuing from the sky, international expectations have had to be swiftly reassessed.

EU diplomats have also been gathering for an emergency coordination meeting on Libya.
