Espinet To Blame For A&v Arbitration?

If the Wilfred Espinet-led Board of Petrotrin had met with A&V Oil and Gas Ltd following the allegations made by Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar, then an arbitration case may have never happened.


That's the view of Attorney at Law Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj.


Maharaj, who is calling for the judgement to be made public. He says, Espinet should not try to shirk his responsibility in the matter.
