Description
( www.infineon.com/profet ) Introducing the new High Current PROFET™ sample kit. Main applications are automotive motorcontrol, heating, light bulbs and power distribution. It includes five different high side switches from 4 to 6 Milliohm which are protected agains short circuit, over temperature, reverse polarity and electro-static discharge (ESD). PROtected Field-Effect Transistor (PROFET) also offers integrated current sense functionality (device and load diagnosis, monitoring of output current, intelligent latch).
