ERHA GP Clinics Facing Shutdown
Description
GP clinics in the Eastern Regional Health Authority are facing shutdown, as medical staff have not been paid for several months. So says one medical worker, who notes that while the clinic provides a key service to the public, workers are not required to staff the clinics, as they are doing so voluntarily. Meanwhile the CEO of the ERHA is assuring the public that they will receive care, as he says, there will be no shutdown.
