Epoxy River Table: A Special Shelter

I built this river table that lovingly safeguards a 1949 UK shilling that symbolizes the year Dave Cheeseman was born in England. Dave moved from England to Canada years ago and resided there before he relocated to Orlando, Florida where he lived a wonderful life with my sister, Kathy. The 1949 shilling embedded in the river of this table made the same journey as Dave - it came to me from King Potter Treasury in Canada and then found its way to Orlando where it now proudly rests alongside the ultimate symbol of love, a beautiful pearl in its shell which is also embedded in the table.
