Enhanced Targeting - Implant Review (PlanetSide 2)

Today we're reviewing the first implant that every character gets (for free,) the Enhanced Targeting Implant. It counts as a Tier 1 implant that can't be upgraded or deconstructed/recycled. Turns crosshair red out to 60 meters while hovering over an enemy; reveals enemy health bars while looking at a spotted target.
