Engineer Develops ‘Self-Healing’ Highway
Description
Wear and tear on the road ends one of two ways: either a pothole is repaired, or your car is repaired. But, to counteract the potholes and uneven cracks -- Delft University professor Erik Schlangen created a self-healing asphalt.
