It's a novel about 6 college boys. 3 are in med school (Pha, Kit, and Beam. They're in 2nd year and their group is called 'doc gang') 2 are engineering students (Forth & Ming) ...the other lead, Yo, is a science student. Ming is Yo's best friend.

It's also about a uni contest to find the moon(male) and the star(female) of university. 4 of the 6 main characters are/were some of the candidates/former candidates. So that's why it's called "Moon courting Moon" or simply put "2 moons".
