Cliff L'Aimable's ongoing work with climate change issues. Produced as a warm up intro just before his lectures this short video is run in the auditorium during seating of the delegates. This webcast is being used to promote his assisting work via the United Nations Development Programme in respect to energy efficiency proposals on the island of Mauritius where he is being touted as offering building regulation advice to companies based there and in Africa.
