Description
A deadliest encounter broke out on Tuesday in Kokernag area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district. The gunfight took place after security forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Kachwan area. A joint team of forces comprising army’s 9RR, 164 BN of CRPF and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police cordoned off the area. The encounter was underway till last reports came in.
