I READ THE BOOK!!! I read the book and the information from eMortgageShop.com was fantastic. While I have not had the opportunity to use any of your information, I now know about them. I looked back at the paperwork from my last mortgage and noticed the 2.5% that went to the broker, and know not to let that happen again. Torrey Tesch
