Why do you act friendly
Then stab me in the back
Then when I get angry
You start to attack
I thought you were my friend
That we would always be that way
But you've proved me wrong
So now I have to say
Did you mean what you said
or was anger coming through?
You put me down, made me angry
And left me feeling blue
I don't know what to believe
Whether I'm right or wrong
I have to know soon because
I can't just play along
You left me feeling used
uneeded and sad
I fear we've lost the friendship
That we used to have
Why do you do this
Do you want to make me cry?
Why are times like this
Is our friendship a lie?
