Since you`ve been loving me
I was given a special gift,
It still sounds so unusual...
Was it your favour to me
Or maybe the Lord decided I should hold it...
For it showed where I was wrong and right,
It revealed your secrets, so I could treat you right,
It warmed me in days of cold,
Decorated like only could gold,
Full of enthusiasm
It made a unique rhythm,
Its only existence gave a birth for my hopes,
Sometimes it went rapid, sometimes shady,
Sorry I hardly knew how to make it steady,
All I could is feeling it deep inside your chest,
That`s how it became mine,
For me to keep it like a shrine,
It is native, restless and smart-
The broken beating of your heart!
