Embarassed AAP dumps Somnath

Delhi Minister Satyendra Jain on Thursday (September 24) has notified Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jungs sanction to prosecute AAP MLA Somnath Bharti in the Khirki extension raid controversy in 2014 if the investigations necessitate it. As Law Minister during AAP's first term in 2013-14, Bharti had created a storm by allegedly carrying out a midnight raid in Khirki Extension.
