On my road to crucifixion,
On my Via Dolorosa,
I can’t bare the weight of my cross!

I saw you in the people that were
Staying along my road,
You were throwing
White roses on my path...

I looked at them,
Beautiful, gentle,
Symbol of innocence...

The cross is heavier and heavier,
I stopped for a moment,
I could not go on,
The road seemed eternal,
I wished for the end...

You came along again,
Threw white roses on my path...

Their white petals I have stepped on
With my bare naked dirty feet,
Your eyes were in tears...

I didn’t want to step on them,
I am sorry...

Actually you should be sorry!

Why have you thrown white roses on my path?
Don’t you know they have thorns?
