Elya Thorn - Hidden Meanings

Today you shall know,
I will send this messenger to you,
And he shall tell you my story,

But not as he would say any other story,
He will tell it to you,
In full of mystery anecdotes:

“She was born on water, but also on land,
The earth that she walked,
The mud that she played with,
Is at the end of the worlds,
Of all worlds,

The eye from the sky that appears at night,
Has always gazed upon her face,
And her own eyes,
Could not be closed,

When time came to her,
She said “Go away! ”,
When death drifted from her,
She said “Come back! ”,

When the wolf wanted to come her way,
She hesitated, so the wolf howled
And went back in his winter land!

When the sun shined in her blond hair,
She dyed it black,
When summer came to her,
She finally agreed!

And that’s where she is right now,
In full summer,
In full fertility of the mind,
She opens gates, she closes hatred,
She lies still for hours,
Trying to unveil a long immense mystery,
An island, where we all go,
Mostly when we cry,

Now she wanted me to give you this message,
So that you would not worry,

If you find the hidden messages,
The hidden meanings,
You might just find, your own heart! ”

And so my messenger went,
Carrying with him a harp,

Hopefully he will comeback,
With a message from you!
