In Diaspora,
Frayed khaki trousers fears the floor
And a stressed neck jumper
Matches the situation up
Living is a blessing when a day elapses
Without too much hunger
But a home awaits your arrival
To tell the youth the truth
About the deeds for survival
In Diaspora.
How it was hard to meet whirling ends
For currencies come not as ease in Diaspora.

Out there pray
For the pavement to speed its emptiness
To sink in cold slumber.
In Diaspora,
Appreciate.
The least is the most here
One money for many
And an echo of applauses would reverberate within the neighbours
The virgins would sashay,
When you show up.
The birds would sing,
When you wake up.
The youth would believe when you say
You never gave up in Diaspora.

Come home oh alien
And fill in the vacuum reserved for a chiming welcome
Come home oh alien
For escapism.
What would your best be?
A scapegoat for the men of war
Or the wanton at the bar
Who knew every bourgeois in Diaspora.
