With the much anticipated Fashion Week, this year ELLE was proud to partner with the Fashion Institute of Technology for their third annual Fashion Next Design Award program sponsored by Maybelline New York. Elle Selected 20 of FIT's top student designers as finalists and asked them each to design two to three pieces drawing inspiration from New York City.
