He spoke a strange and foreign tongue.
A meaningless jumble of words
All grouped together as if one
And like the twittering of birds.

He carried on and on and on,
Then kindly looked towards my face
But all I could do was to smile,
I just wanted to leave this place.

It sounded like it was not Greek
But nonsense spoken as if real,
A language we all think and speak.
