ElBaradei quits Egypt race

Mohamed ElBaradei has pulled out of the race to become the Egyptian president. The Nobel Peace Prize winner said that the previous regime was still running the country, which has been governed by army generals since Hosni Mubarak was deposed. ElBaradei is a favorite of Egyptian liberals and was seen by them as a leading candidate.
