El Nino coming back?

The Australian Meteorological Bureau Tuesday said that there is a 70% chance of the El Nino developing this year. This is the latest in a series of warnings by Met agencies around the world that the abnormal weather phenomenon associated with deficient rainfall and droughts in India, is likely to be back .
