EFHL Tutorial Part VII - Kickoff Procedures

Part VII features kickoff procedures in the EFHL. If it's a live ball after the kick, RECEIVERS ONLY may pivot during the 1st recovery opportunity. If no one recovers, then ALL unblocked players may pivot.
