EFHL Team Stats

Here's a demo on how to randomly generate team stats, used to determine Offensive/Defensive Ratings for the chance for bonus stoppages, and also to adjudicate plays that are "too close to call." It's important to reiterate that team stats do not necessarily reflect a coach's skill or performance level on the electric gridiron.
