Edith SaintFelix - Losing Control

The world around me is cloudy
And the thoughts in my mind are unclear
I'm reaching the end of my patience
And I'm starting to relive my fear
I'm losing control of my life
That's a scary thing to say
The world that I knew before me
Is slowly slipping away
The friends that I had are gone
It's shocking because it's true
And once again I'm alone
And I don't know what to do
The trust that I had for life
Is slowly dissolving with time
I've lost my sense of reality
I no longer believe what I see
Sometimes when I stand in front of the mirror
The reflection starring back isn't me
I'm losing control of myself
I'm losing control of my mind
The only thing that I have left
Is the patience and abundance of time
