Ecuador’s Provincial Governments Propose Parallel Dialogue

The provincial governments of Ecuador are planning to extend the dialogue on wealth redistribution initiated by President Rafael Correa. In a Wednesday meeting, the Consortium of Autonomous Provincial said they will include more topics and will also include opposition actors who believe their concerns would not be considered in the national debate.
