ECRL relaunched after cost cuts
Description
The ECRL project was relaunched on Thursday after a year-long suspension and following an agreement to cut its cost by nearly a third.
In his speech, Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the national rail project is a catalyst to spur development in the east coast states and across the Titiwangsa mountain range, creating new industrial hubs that will offer plenty of jobs to locals and boost tourism.
