Easy way to make Eggless Mayonnaise

Description
INGREDIENTS
Chilled milk - 60 millilitres
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 120 milliliters
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except vinegar and blend till the milk and oil combines.
2. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar and blend again until the mixture begins to thicken and emulsify.
3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl or glass container to store.
4. Eggless mayonnaise can be stored atleast for a week when refrigerated.
