Easy and quick beef stroganoff

- 300 grams of rump steak
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 onion
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 ml of water
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
