EastEnders - Kat returns (28th April 2003)

Kat is collected by Charlie and is clearly not keen on the party. She arrives at the Vic and puts on a good act of being the life-and-soul of the party. Anthony says hello and then has to go to work. As soon as Old Mo plugs in the "Spanish" party speakers, they blow the fuses of the Vic so they are in total darkness.

Kat goes to help Alfie and gets the fuse. She gets on a stool to replace it and Alfie is holding the torch. Kat jokes this is how it should be, with him at her feet looking up to her. Alfie tells her that he wasn't sure she was up for a party. Kat says she wasn't really, but can't disappoint everyone. Alfie says if she wants, they can just leave the Vic lights off. She says it's OK, and they fix the fuse and carry on with the party.
