Easily Convert Audio Files for Free on Mac's Terminal (Tutorial)

In this quick Tutorial you will learn how to easily convert an audio file into a different format with a different extension using Mac's Terminal. The best part is, you don't have to download some spyware software that probably won't work, you don't have to pay 19.99 to get the background scratching out of the converted file, or anything else like that, because it is absolutely free (well, besides the purchase of the mac). The Terminal seems like a scary thing first time using it, but it is an incredibly powerful tool. You can pretty much convert anything such as a .wav file into a .mp3 file, or a .aiff to an .au file (like we do in this tutorial) or pretty much anything else you want.
