Early Alameda Employees Quit
Description
Alameda’s earliest employees say they quit over concerns about founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s approach to risk management, compliance, and accounting. The former employees, who left in 2018, say that Bankman-Fried disregarded their concerns over his risky bets on crypto assets. They also noted that the firm blended trading capital with operating cash and had poor accounting practices.
