I always
have to go bed first

in order(on orders)

to warm it up for you
(get my butt froze off)

so that
by the time you arrive

it’s cosy
as toast.

Somehow it’s also always me
who gets to sleep in the wet patch.

Charming.

I also
have a myriad other uses.

“It’s handy
to have a man around the house! ”

You declare
(your tongue in my cheek) .

Charming
(I’m sure) .

And now you want me
to warm you

up...inside.

How can I refuse
such a sweet command.
