Preternatural doesn't even begin to explain Dustin Richardson's movements on water. Picking up surfing at age 14, he inherently paddles twice as fast, catches five times as many waves, and finds pockets of energy in the water lumps around Daytona Beach, FL - where most are struggling to nail that perfect floater.
