Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd receives his first dose of the CoronaVac vaccine from Chinese manufacturer Sinovac against Covid-19 at the Department of Health Gymnasium at the DOH Compound in Manila on April 23, 2021. Duque, 64, is considered a member of priority group A2, or senior citizens. He said he took the jab to prove to Filipinos the safety and efficacy of Covid-19 vaccines.
