Dunya News - Resolving problems will take time: PM Nawaz

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif while addressing an opening ceremony of road construction scheme in Chakwal on Wednesday, said that it will take time to solve the issues, Dunya News reported.

About Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rasheed’s claim of resigning following the depreciation of dollar, he said that he has receded from it.

He said that the dollar has depreciated, but Sheikh Rasheed has fallen back on his promise of resignation. The crisis of electricity was far more severe in the past, it has never been taken seriously, and it will take time for the government to overcome the energy shortfall, he asserted. Speaking to the media, he informed that the government is using all means for the progress of the country. Plans have been devised for a railway line from Islamabad to Muzaffrabad and the work for extending the motorway to Karachi has already begun, he affirmed.
