Duluth Personal Trainer Frank Wall Ring Training When you have your body hanging, suspended by your arms, this stretches out your abdominals. It gives you the appearance that they are longer and leaner. The reason why a lot of people say diet and exercise doesn't work, is because that person simply is NOT REALLY WORKING! I work out @ my facility, and train at 5 gyms. (I meet more people :-) I see people with incorrect form, about to hurt themselves or already are, and simply just doing the dumbest things ever! Time for some of you people to get a clue! If I need a house built, am I going to do it myself??? Hell NO! I'm going to hire a PROFESSIONAL! If I'm going to eat sushi, am I going to prepare it myself?....(maybe, and it won't taste right...) but more than likely I'm going to eat it where it's PROFESSIONALLY Prepared! because it taste 10 times better. If I'm going to buy a helicopter, will I work on it myself??? No, I will hire a professional so I don't crash and die!!!! Do you see where I'm going with this. It's intimidating sometimes to be around someone who knows more than you. Some of you have a big Ego. But you know who you are if you've been doing the same routines over and over and over........with no to little results. Guys I struggled for 5 years on my own until I figured it out. (Guess what??? I had alot of help!!!!) No one in life is made alone. If you don't know what you are doing, hire a coach. I don't care if it's me or someone else, DO NOT TRY TO BE SUPERMAN or SUPERWOMAN unless you have proper training and coaching. I promise you there are people that surround you in your life that want to see you grow, and are willing to help :-) Get help, it's much easier with the shortcuts to your end in mind ;-)
