DUKE: WE DON'T COUNT VOTES

Political Leader of the PDP Watson Duke, is maintaining that his party is now the third force to be reckoned with. Despite not having won any districts in the Local Government Election, Duke points out that the PDP is the first Tobago-established party to take part in the local government polls.


He says the PDP will not be seeking to form any coalitions. Rynessa Cutting spoke with him on Tuesday.
