Dual Boot Crunchbang Linux and Windows 7

How to install #! Crunchbang Waldorf with Windows, followed by a brief overview of Crunchbang including initial boot and set up, and how to install software and change wallpaper. I then boot back into Windows 7 to show what happens with the Grub menu and the Windows disk check.
