Drowning Chipmunk Rescued and Released

Occurred on June 14, 2020 / Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Info from Licensor: "I was in the kitchen washing my hands when I noticed something in the pool. My phone was on me so I started filming thinking it was a frog or toad. As I got closer I realized it was a chipmunk. His/her head was completely underwater, struggling to stay above. I quickly went in and saved a little life. He/she has since been released back into the wild. I see chipmunks running around the backyard and I believe one of them is the one I saved."
